But before I show you my card I have to share a photo that was made on our sisterday.
I feel privileged with 5 sisters and 2 brothers; I am the youngest child in a family of eight children.
Last Saturday me and my sisters came togther and it has been a wonderful day. Lots of talking, laughing, good food....priceless :)
On the couch from left to right:
And sitting on the floor: me on the left and Loni on the right.
I am so happy that I finally had the chance to start with my Christmas cards; I know; it's a bit late....
But there is a start!
My card is based upon this weeks'challenge at CCCB
This week you have to incorporate an animal in your project.
I am so happy that I am submitting a card for a challenge after all the hustle and bustle of the last few months. More challenges are following soon :)
A perfect theme for a Christmas card.
This is the sentiment on the inside of my card
A bit of gingham paper and that ribbon is silver. ( Reflecting a piece of my dinnertable made from wood :)
One of my favorite text-it stamps from Waltzingmouse stamps
A bit of bling and a favorite embellishment of mine; an embossed chipboard frame from Tattered Angels. Covered with distress ink. The stamp is from one of Eline's "winter home" stamp sets:
I know that a reindeer is perfect for a Christmas card but this cute little deer is my favorite:
And here is my card:
Enjoy your evening!
