City Crafter #256 our Birthday Month!!

Hello!

Today I have a very fun and exciting challenge for you!!!
Today is the start of a WHOLE MONTH
to celebrate our 5th birthday here
at the City Crafter Challenge blog
I started playing along somewhere in 2010
 and became a fan:)
CCCB has always been fun to play along.
And I am happy that I can spread a bit of the fun
that CCCB offers to all of us.
Our team is close and we are easy going:)

On to our challenge!
Samra is our host and kicks off the special challenges for this month.
And it's all about casing the card Samra made for us:

You can pick up the colors, the sketch, any element from Samra's card
and make a version which is entirely yours.
The winner will win this lovely prize package, sponsored by Samra herself:

Our Guest Designer is Lula
you can find more of her lovely projects on her blog.
The winner will be able to join us as a Guest Designer.

On to my cards :
I made two cards; both for a wedding anniversary.
I picked the flowers and the design and cased both:)
The first card is made with a classic touch;
something the happy couple just loves.

And this is my take on her card:

My second card is made with a bit more modern twist and lots of white.
I used vellum with a silver pattern.
I took a photo from a different angle
so you can  see the silver

Paired up with white I did not add much more:

On our blog you can find more inspiration from
 the other team members.
I am looking forward to see what you come up with;
 thanks for stopping by!

Stella

Your cards are beautiful, Stella! I love the classic designs. The smaller square card shape works so well with this design.... I think it perfectly balances the weight of the flowers in the corner. Love your color combos and papers, too. And that striped vellum is stunning!
