I am sharing here a card I made at the
workshop hosted by
I had a wonderful day with these ladies!
Dora offered us the chance to make cards
and a gift box with birds and flowers.
We were challenged to color the stamps.
(That's a true challenge for me..)
Dora made a kit for all of us.
I made one card and finished the other card
when I was back home.
I am not very productive at workshops;
I also love to chat and laugh:)
I am an absolute beginner when it comes to coloring
so I decided to finish my first card with
the help of a few Papertrey ink dies
These dies are in my comfort zone:)
I layered the papers:
And it turned out like this:
The card made me think of a few years back.
Back then I used a lot of patterned papers
with floral patterns and butterflies.
I can see now how much my style
has changed over the years.
From lots of patterned papers
to lots of white and mostly CAS design.
My second card is made with a set
from Lawn Fawn which I bought at
That cute little deer is one of my very favorites
and Dora taught me how to color this cutie.
I am so happy with the result.
Here is a close up of that cutie:
And this is how my card turned out.
Stamps, coordinating dies and
that border die are all from Lawn Fawn
Dora thank you so so much for the fab workshop,
the lovely lunch and treats. I had a wonderful day!!
Thanks for stopping by;
have a great day!
